and historic Tewkesbury where the rivers Severn and Avon
meet alongside one of the finest abbeys in the country.

Stow on the Wold, Cheltenham Spa and Shakespeare’s
Stratford. These are all just a short drive away.
We are a family run park that cares about our residents and would welcome the chance to meet you to discuss and questions you may have about park home living. Activities in the area include golf, swimming, squash, horse riding, rowing, tennis courts, croquet and bowling green, sailing or just enjoy walking the many footpaths across Bredon Hill.
We would like to invite you to take a stroll around the park to get a feeling of how it might be to settle down here. Park living is a lifestyle change where the community spirit is important. The park is set in 14 acres of grass and woodland with landscaped areas for you to sit and enjoy. Situated a short walk from the picturesque village of Ashton-Under-Hill where you can join in with the village activities or enjoy a drink at the Star Inn.
We moved here 14 years ago from Beckford. Property in this area is so
expensive but moving here was so affordable.
It's so peaceful and quiet. There's so much wildlife and I see so many varieties of birds,
it's absolutely lovely.
Everyone is so friendly here, it's such a nice little community. The owners are excellent, they'll do anything for you and nothing is too much trouble.
We really enjoy living here. It's a family run site and such a peaceful friendly environment.
It's also ideally situated for lots of local towns and amenities and just a few minutes drive to
the M5 motorway.

It couldn't be better really. The site owners are so helpful and bend
over backwards to make life as comfortable as possible. It's an eco friendly site and we like the
fact that it's very low maintenance.
The homes are built to such a high standard and are very affordable.
We also like the fact that it's so secure and the neighbours are so friendly. When family and friends visit they always say how wonderful it is.

We were looking for the right site for over ten years and this place is just perfect. If
you like nature and the countryside it's ideal.
The facilities are fantastic and the owners work very hard to make it special. The site has got three small lakes as well as a beautiful woodland walk, planted with bluebells and daffodils which is a great facility. We've even got an allotment and our own polytunnel so we grow our own veg. There are also lots of footpaths close by and we're very close to Bredon Hill.
